This coconut is very fresh and smells wonderful, like coconut, and I consider that a good sign!Flavor and texture great as an addition to dishes, I'll be exploring this more and more.

I use this product for the quality bird seed mix I make myself for my 11 birds. Birds love it, great treat for them. NO MORE STORE BOUGHT BIRD SEED! Have not been able to find organic coconut in bulk at either of the 2 stores here in my town. Ordering for Amazon has been great, ships quick.

The best shredded coconut on the market.

The taste is ok, but the 'shred' size is more finely chopped than shreds. I usually use the flakes for granola, yogurt, etc., but wanted regular shreds for a coconut shrimp recipe (didn't work out, but not because of the covonut). So depending on your needs, you might want to look elsewhere. Found what i needed at trader*joes.

Used in some recipes and it worked great. Great for keto.

I trust NOW as a company and I’ve never received anything but good products from them. This is no exception. I sprinkle this coconut on top of my fruit and yogurt and use it in my homemade granola. It adds flavor and a slight crunch without added sugar.

I put this on hot and cold cereal, salads, vegetables, soups, ice cream, pasta, batter fish with it, and anything else that sounds good. It helps my digestion and cleans out my gut. Love it!!
