Replacement Control Pod Compatible for Logitech Z-2300 Computer Speaker Wired Remote

I couldn't ask for faster service, especially on a 20 sumpin Y.O. system that needed ONE part to be functional again.If you have the Logitech z2300 system, GET THIS, you'll be supporting another audiophile in the US, and WILL be amazed at how sketchy your old pod was starting to get.Actual size is comparible to the old pod but the pots work smoother IMO, Set up was easy, only I was confused by the headphone output and couldn't figure out why I wasn't hearing anything AT FIRST,,, I figured it out pretty quick.If I get another 20 years out of this little system (that still blows away my old Sanyo component system of the 80's) I'll die happy (and likely more deaf than I am now. LOL)

I'm so grateful someone recommended this. My Z2300 started acting up 6 months earlier. Right speaker died so I continue using with Left speaker until it died.Seems this product was only offered on ebay so I didn't buy it because I didn't have a lot of confidence in ebay.I trust Amazon so when I discovered it could be purchased on Amazon with 4yr warranty ( < $4 ), I ordered it immediately.I plugged it in immediately and it worked. Just make sure you plug input into the audio in not headphone jack.The unit itself looks used and bit beaten up but I only care about music so not an issue...Seems these units only last couple of months or couple years at most based on other reviews... That's why I got 4yr warranty for few dollars ( $3.87 ).I'm very happy for the moment.I had none of the issues others mentioned with audio connector...I'll leave audio cable that came with unit plugged in so the connector isn't weakened from repeated removal & reinsertion of the cable.Highly recommend this product if you're having issues with your Z2300...Sounds even better than original part it replaced...Thanks SummitLink...

I have the Logitech Z-300 and purchased it at Best Buy around 2007 or 2008. The sound quality and the bass from the powered subwoofer has been enough for me that I never had to purchase a sound bar etc for my tv. I have a brazio Sony 55 inch hd flat screen and the end of the green audio cable I have plugged into a two audio connector which plugs in the back of my tv so no matter what I am listening too whether it is through my pc tower which is also connected to my tv, the wii, or cable, all the sound comes through my Logitech system. My left speaker has quit working like the others on here and after reading the user reviews I decided to purchase this control pad because the speakers and sub still work great. After I received it and plugged it in, I actually have more sound now coming out of my speakers and the subwoofer when streaming movies and music videos is actually a little louder too which Is amazing. I am so happy that my Logitech Z-300 works better and I don't ever wish to upgrade this system to any other Logitech system or buy another sound system as long as I can keep this puppy working!! I like the knobs on this control unit and the sound quality is really good.

After years of fooling with the original control box, twisting it round and round to get a mediocre connection due to aging wires, and occasionally taking one connection apart and rewiring it, I was ready to toss this otherwise reliable sound system. Then I found this replacement control part and after reading reviews, went with it, holding my breath because of people’s comments on quality. The item arrived in 2 - 3 days and was very easy to connect. The sound is much improved from my original but rather beat up parts. I have no issues at all with the quality. Highly recommend. Used original parts can be found on the web by the way, but really, why bother when one can purchase brand new hardware!
