Buying a damaged product is an absolute joke, when it's meant to be brand new.

Brought for daughter for Christmas, great initially however within 2 weeks power button broke. Had to pay £20+ to return and still waiting for refund. Really disappointing from Amazon and this company. Don’t expect to pay £150 for item to break after such little usage.
