For bodybuilder it's nice. Consumer 3 to 5 gram daily.
It is good .tasteless, no smell , value for money But for flavor you have to add additional item with this. Like glucose. Etc. Authentic, not effect on digestive. Product is awesome 👌Overall ok 👍 5 🌟. Also buy protein powder for 100 muscle build up...

Product is of good quality I have experienced increase in my muscle size aswell as strength

Amazing with a caveat
This product is amazing. The results are visible within 2 weeks of daily use. Have been seeing increased strength and muscle volume. One catch is it causes constipation for me which is a very specific side effect not seen with most people. My daily water intake is also sufficient and that is not the reason if you are wondering.Rest the product is very good and I can't recommend it enough.
