Comes in a thick, creamy consistency that lathers well. A little goes a long way and so I’m presuming this would last me quite some time.Has a lovely flowery fragrance that lingers for a while and gives me a spa feeling when I’m having a bath.Washes out well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. Hasn’t caused my sensitive skin any irritation or redness.Overall, unisex and comes in a generous amount. Would be great for families and I’d be happy to recommend.

Love the pump style bottle, I live in a hard water area, i think a little goes a long way. While in the shower I used 2 pumps to wash my hair and 3 pumps on a massage sponge to wash the rest of my body. I'm not overly keen on the smell it seems a bit too earthy for my liking but i will use it anyway, the smell does linger on the skin for quite some time. The only real issue I had is, when rinsing it off in the shower it left my skin feeling more like rubber than moisturised. Best thing for this product would be to add moisturiser in while producing that should eliminate the rubbery feeling on the skin. I will repurpose the pump bottles for my other shower gels when its empty. Overall happy with the product and will probably try the other scents and hope its not earthy like the poppy one im also going to experiment with adding my own moisturiser to a small amount to see if i can get the rubbery feeling off my skin after rinsing off

really happy with this body wash, especially for the price! the 1L bottles are generously sized but not too bulky for the shower. the pump makes dispensing easy, and the thick cream lathers up well, leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturised. the scent is pleasantly floral but not overpowering, with a nice Tonka bean base that gives it a lovely depth. definitely a good value and perfect for both men and women. a bit more expensive than standard shower gels, but worth it for the quality and the generous size!

Amazing smell and good consistency/texture. Pleasant to use in the shower and works well. Recommended.

I've just showered for the first time with this LUX Secret Poppy shower gel / body wash and I really like it.I've also used the LUX Magical Orchid & LUX Charming Peony body wash from the same range (which I also really liked) - so I can compare with them.I think this Secret Poppy version has more of a fruity floral fragrance - slightly less strong compared with the other two.Like the others, it lathers very nicely, and has left my skin feeling great, plus the freshness really lasts.It comes in 2 very large 1L bottles, with a handy pump on the top.They are very big bottles, so I had to put them on my shower floor.Note - like the other 2 they're made in China, which still seems odd to me, as they're made by Unilever who also have manufacturing in the UK.Reasonable value, as these 2 large bottles will last ages.

Has a sweet perfume scent. I like it.You do need to use a fair amount though as it doesn't lather up well.Leaves the skin feeling fresh and moisturised

I was worried that this would be a bit to flowery, but there is so much going on in here, you get sandalwood, magnolia, bergamot and other tones...it not just a simple shower. When you first use this, the smells are all released at once, and you are surrounded by scents. its different to say the least, but not at all overpowering.Lux really seem to be stepping up with their new products, as they put essential oils in them. This is something that you would only get from a really pricey product, and this stuff, even though a bit more expensive that the usual brands is worth it. I got 3 of these to review, and they all smell greatThe 2L pack is going to last ages, but the 1L bottle sits nicely on the edge of the bath.
