I just had to review this pillow. If you open my closets you will see at least 20 pillows I've purchased over the last two years, all with promises to be the best pillow out there. I have severe shoulder, neck and head pain due to a previous accident and a muscular issue. I've tried memory foam (all densities), down, cooling gel pillows, high end department store pillows, etc. I had a great pillow for years but the manufacturer stopped making it and I have been trying to find a replacement, after 10 years it was time.This is absolutely the best pillow I have ever purchased, even better than the one I was trying to replace. After waking in pain for the last 2 years, I woke up this morning pain free and headache free. I am a side sleeper. Side sleeper pillows are always too high since manufacturers feel the need to put a gusset in them. This makes your head tilt up, causing the spine to be out of alignment. This pillow gently supports your neck and shoulder area while allowing your head to rest comfortably without being smothered in the pillow. I didn't have to rearrange or bunch it up at all. It just automatically fit and within minutes I drifted off to blissful sleep. While it looks like a high loft pillow in the picture it really just conforms to your neck and shoulder area perfectly depending on weight. Your able to breath easily since your head doesn't totally sink into the pillow like memory foam does or cheaper polyester might. Latex just doesn't conform, it stays pretty much the same no matter what you do to it.Also, a lot of memory foam, down and fiber pillows make you perspire all night, this one did not and out of the package had absolutely no weird smell and was ready to use. It says it is machine washable on the label which is a huge plus.Anyway if anyone wants my 1000s of dollars of expensive memory foam/high end pillows let me know because I'll never touch them again. I love, love this pillow and am getting ready to order a bunch more while they are on sale. I want my guests to have them and I never want to run out of them.If your having any kind of pain, the claims they make for this pillow are true, this pillow is fantastic, buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Super comfortable, great support & it’s wearing well

I ordered this pillow because I first slept on one at an upscale hotel and I loved it. The pillow arrived about 5 days earlier than specified directly form the manufacturer. It is very comfortable but feels a little overstuffed for my liking. As a side sleeper I am hoping it will flatten out a little for increased comfort. The description states that it is great for back and stomach sleepers and I do agree that it is more comfortable for me in those positions.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Drover. They use these pillows and we fell in love with them.Fast forward to us getting home, my wife tasked me with finding the pillows. These are the pillows that the Hotel Drover uses.As for the pillows, these are the best ones that money can buy. They are the comfortable pillows. My wife and I highly recommend. These are Worth every penny!

The weight and the quality does not match description of the product, in addition the customer service is awful.we ordered 4 pillows and only received 2, went back and forth with them for three weeks now and we still do not have the rest of our order, nor they have agreed to process a refund.do not waste your money and time with this outfit

Update: Company has refunded the order. Good customer service.Ordered this brand as I have loved my other pillows from them before. Unfortunately this particular one is disappointing. I find that the pillow holds too much heat making me sweat, the filling mashes down too much and feels kind of hard against my head and it just generally doesn't work for me as a stomach sleeper. I thought the loft in it was going to be okay but it just compresses too much. It had a slight smell to it when it first arrived but dissipated quickly. Maybe an okay pillow for other people but this one is definitely not for me. Wish I had tried one of the other pillows without the gel fiberfill instead during the sale.

The perfect fill for a primarily back and stomach sleeper! Fluff a bit more or stack for the occasional side sleep. Other pillows give me a head, neck or backache. The first time I slept with this brand of pillow was in a brand new, award-winning Wyndham hotel in my hometown. I was sold! So happy I made the purchase and will continue to buy going forward.
