This chair is sturdy and highly functional. I have never felt my body weight evenly distributed, now I have, it is amazing

While this is an expensive office chair compared to many others on Amazon, it is an extraordinary and truly remarkable chair. It has so many adjustable features that I had to come back to it the second day to learn all of them.First, the assembly process is a breeze with perfectly aligned parts, although the pictograph instructions could have used more explanatory notes and insets to show more orientation details. That said, if you have ever assembled other office chairs, there is a somewhat common series of steps that are similar across platforms. But that observation is only a nit, and I had no problems during assembly; this chair was among the easiest build out of nine chairs I have assembled over the past two years.Many parts are made from metal and pretty strong and beefy, so lifting and fitting sub-assemblies together during the later steps was harder than with chairs made primarily from nylon and plastic components. I have bad shoulders and am 72 years old, so that is partly due to my condition or lack of condition! But the flip side of that observation is that the heavy components make a much more stable and reliable chair in the end.Every component was impressive, from the spider at the bottom made from a chrome-like finished steel material to the mesh up the backrest and the headrest. That mesh is made from more resilient mesh than many others I have assembled thus far. It is firmer than most but also feels far more comfortable for long seated sessions. It has the optimum balance of strength and comfort which sets it apart from many others.As for operation, it has so many features that after I completed the assembly, I tried basic stuff like seat height, armrests, etc., but waited until the next morning to read the instructions in the manual for the other adjustments. There are more adjustments than I knew existed. I will not recount them all as the descriptive panels at the website covers all of them, but I will remark about a few.First, I have issues with my lumbar and thoracic spine caused by an injury in 2000. My legs are short (28" inseam) and my torso is longer than the average bear, so the lumbar support on almost all office chairs ends up too low to properly support my lumbar spine. But the backrest of this chair is vertically adjustable and has a positive (audible) detent click for multiple height settings. And you can adjust the backrest vertical position in two ways. One is by standing behind the chair and gripping the backrest to pull it up through the successive positions; the other is to reach behind you while sitting in the chair to push the backrest up through those vertical positions. In any case, the topmost position resets the detents, and the backrest slips back down to the lowest position. That feature makes it extremely easy to fine tune the vertical height of the lumbar support. I found the reach behind method best because adjusting while standing behind the chair you have to adjust and then sit to check and the back-and-forth iterations are inefficient. Reaching back while seated allows you to try all positions, rock back to test how the lumbar support moves and make further adjustments. all from the seated position.The lumbar support also travels with you forward and backward in the chair. The lumbar support is the same whether sitting on the rear of the cushion or sitting forward closer to the front of the cushion.The backrest recline-angle and tension can be adjusted far more than other chairs. and you can even lock the angle into place to have a firm back position at a backward-leaning angle without having the rocker function operable.The careful thought and design resulting in these above-mentioned features demonstrates the quality of this chair, and the effort to optimize its adjustability to fit many different users is impressive. I have never had as comfortable chair as this one and can sit in it for hours without any fatigue.

Decent chair the lumbar thing could be a little smoother and wish they would’ve have added adjustable head mount like the lumbar

The laptop table is useless and unless you lie down and work I don’t see an option . Very misleading

I really love the chair and I have been using it for my home office activities since I assembled it. I have to share it with my daughter’s little cat that, for some reason, liked it so much that it is now practically her bed. My daughter sometimes carry her around the living room while seating on my chair. It looks kind of funny.Now the lumbar support I loved it. The chair is somehow easy to assemble but I recommend to do it with someone else. I installed it in a little less than an hour.I ended up with a couple of loose components that definitely don’t belong to the assembly. It took me some time to make sure that I vi was not skipping an installation process. So beware if you run into the same issue.

This chair takes a bit to assemble. Not very hard, but the instructions could be clearer. One help would be to label all of the parts as they are not very clear in the instructions. The bolts are labeled which is a big help. One person can assemble it, but there are steps where a second person would be helpful.After assembly, the chair has many adjustments. Height, recline, seat depth, lumbar support and arm rests are all adjustable. The footrest works well but is fairly light weight. You can't push down on it very hard, but this is not an issue. It is easy to extend and retract.All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

We have a work from home office and needed a new chair preferably one more comfortable than the 20 year old one we were using. This chair is seriously the coolest office chair I have used. They thought of everything,lumbar support,head rest,tilt,leg rest. Comfortable for long periods and rolls easy but not too easy. I wasn't going to attempt assembly but I did it anyway and it was not difficult. Called in my husband for some extra hands a few times. It's well constructed and looks to be good quality material,functions well in our little home office. We're happy with it.
