This book is really really good! I have been using AI for many months now, and this book confirmed some of my techniques and taught me much more too! Definitely recommend for beginners and the last 30ish pages are good for more advanced AI users as well.

With all that hype around AI, it’s clear that the rules of so many games changing right now. And prompting seems to be one of the key competences for the advanced AI users. This book helps me understand some basic theory on LLM but the practical tasks and tips are even more important since most of us want to get some competitive edge and improve own position on the market.So, I like that this book is focused on learning through practice. In my opinion, today, almost each and every specialist is going to become also a prompt engineer – for the tasks in their particular niche, at least. Maybe that's why you should have some more info on this subject

It was worth the $5 for those.I was already using 90% of the suggestions in the book, but people new to ChatGPT, or non-technical people, will benefit more from it.While it doesn't address some specific challenges of writing fiction with ChatGPT directly, the general advice can solve those problems. For instance, it's sometimes difficult to get chatGPT to write over 2,000 words at a time, so you have to break your scenes down into beats. The book doesn't specifically tell you that, but it recommends limiting the scope of your prompts. You would need to apply the concept of scope management to your knowledge of story structure to figure that problem out. It doesn't claim to be specifically about writing fiction, so I won't knock a star off for that, but just know that the advice is very general in nature.

The author carefully organized the content, and made it interesting. Delivered on the promise made in the introduction, and offer practical exercises. This was a great refresher for my prompt engineering skills.
