Great bar!

Bar end was damaged looked like it was dropped on one end.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome barbell. Exactly what i wanted.the packaging completely damaged but barbell was in great condition.I didn’t receive both clips only one arrived but I don’t like those weight plate clips anyways so wasn’t a big deal to me.

While the 7FT/6.6FT Olympic Barbell Bar with Bearings boasts impressive qualities, it's essential to note a minor drawback. Despite its sturdy construction, the disappointment arises from the fact that the bar only came with one collar. Given the investment in this premium product, it's reasonable to expect a complete set of accessories included.

So far, this is an excellent addition to my growing home gym. I foolishly allowed one of my brothers to borrow my old set before he moved across the country and have been missing it since. I think I probably should have opted for the five foot version, just due to the space limitations of my workout area, but it’s still been a great bar to work with.

For the last several years, I've exclusively been using an American Barbell stainless barbell, which I love and it's been my daily driver, but it's like a $600 barbell these days. I do not at all say this to brag or seem snobbish, just to explain that this has been my point of reference when I compare barbells; I don't expect an inexpensive barbell to compete on that level.So I got this one mainly to have a spare for supersets or to use as a kind of beater bar. I gotta say, I'm really surprised at how good this is. Is it as good as a high end, expensive barbell? No, it's just not in that class of barbell. But for someone starting out, or for someone who doesn't want to break the bank but still have a totally serviceable barbell, this is a good option. It's way better than the junky one I started with and used for years before upgrading. Honestly, I would have been thrilled to have started with this one.The knurling is also surprisingly decent. It's a medium knurl - definitely not aggressive - however, when I clasp it hard, it locks in quite acceptably. Although I would personally prefer a bit more of an aggressive knurl, it's still completely fine with deadlifts, presses, etc. I'm most impressed by the knurls consistency - I've used cheap barbells where the knurl is just garbage. If you're looking for a specifically aggressive knurl, it may be better to keep looking, but this knurl is 100% serviceable in my opinion, easily so.Beyond that, the sleeves were a little tight in rotation, but they've broken in a bit. Completely fine in my book. At some point, I may open it up and oil it, but we'll see.Overall worth it. It's a basic, no frills barbell, but it's completely fine as an extra and especially good for someone starting out, or also for those who are perhaps less serious lifters but still want a decent Olympic barbell without wasting money on junk.
