This is a great watch. Like most luminox watches. Keeps excellent time, is watertight, and has plenty of functions. Also,, the compass is accurate and fluid filled.. The price is fairly high because it is a Bear Grills watch. But if you like it's looks, it's worth it.

Love this watch. Looks great, thus far has proven to be pretty durable. One of the best looking watch faces Luminox offers.

I bought this Bear Gryllis Survival watch to wear when I’m out in the woods hiking and working. I thought that the compass would be useful to be certain I’m on the right trail. Well, the compass is worthless, doesn’t work at all no matter how level I hold it. The needle moves with the watch, doesn’t point north.Also, this is the first watch I’ve bought from Amazon that did not come with any instructions or manual at all. What happened to the manual? Is this really a new watch?And the luminosity of the numerals and hands is not as bright as it needs to be for reading in the dark, especially with the confusing layout of the dial.To me this is just one more example of Amazon being used as a market for junky merchandise, a place where unscrupulous merchants can scam customers with substandard products.

The watch is attractive, but i can't speak too high of the quality. After 2 uses, I noticed the hour hand of the chronograph is loose and just spinning as it pleases.
