First time I have ordered this product and I am very pleased with the results. I have noticed a boost in my energy levels and my general performance.

I take these in combination with some vitamins and minerals as getting older and need to exercise. no side effects to report so far. the actual effectiveness would be to experience gradually.

This is 2 months supply @ 1 capsule per day. The capsules come wrapped in a veg friendly cellulose shell. It's packaged in a small black plastic container. These contains a comprehensive list of well known ingredients which help in maintaining T levels. Most of which I've tried in the past seperately but here you have them combined. Although the quantities are a lot less of each ingredient than if you were to take them seperately but the convenience and the synergystic effect they have still makes it a very effective supplement.

Give you a real boost in the gym I take 2 about an hour before. Recommend highly!

Unfortunately I didn't experience the same noticeable or mind-blowing effects as reported in some of the reviews. If other customers did indeed have such a positive experience, then I'm happy for them, but I can't honestly say I felt any on the same level so I'm a bit dubious. The ingredients are well known e.g. ashwagandha and shilajit so I'm assuming it's beneficial in the long term, but I'm a bit skeptical about some of the reviews which reported significant boosts of energy and libido. Try it for yourself and see what happens is all I can say, but I probably won't purchase these again.

Did absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money!
