I suffer from sleep apnea. It's a type where my tongue falls to the lack of my throat and stops my breathing causing me to causing me to wake up in the middle of the night, several times.Before buying it I tried to sleep with my tongue sticking out to mimick the device's function. When I was nodding off, I could feel that I could breathe easier and sleep came more easily. That convinced me to try it. Not much of a gamble at £20.Using it is easy. Just follow the simple instructions. You can adjust how much it pulls your tongue out of your mouth. Next morning I noticed a massive difference in focus and concentration. I was more awake than I have been in years.I didn't have any drooling problems as others have said. But I did feel a little pain under my tongue the next day, as it had been stretched all night and so I couldn't use the device the next night. I tried again on the third night with a but less suction and it was much better. I takes some getting used to but the benefit of a solid night's sleep far outweighs and discomfort. I now wake up after 6hrs sleep and I feel great. I'd rather use this than CPAP.

I bought this out of desperation to help with my snoring. I tried it a few times and it is very uncomfortable. I showed it to my respiratory consultant at the local hospital and they told me not to use it!!! I seriously cannot recommend this it is uncomfortable, questionable whether it works

Works really well. Have to get used to sucking it on at a comfortable position. But when you do works great. Not snored since using it.

My children love that mum has a dummy!It's taking some getting used to, has fallen off at night which was warmed might happen.Immediate impact of reduced snoring..check the stats!I felt more refreshed too...will persevere as I need better sleep.

This was a game changer. Pretty comfortable to wear after you get used to it. I noticed a huge improvement in my scores on snore lab (see pics).

I use this for the first time and after 2 minutes my tongue started to hurt.my tongue was bruised and swollen. I have not tried to use it again.

I was dubious about purchasing this product to start with because I didn’t fancy the idea of having my tongue squeezed, however, it has proven to be the best buy ever for me and has significantly reduced my snoring. I tried a mouth guard which was uncomfortable, the nasal clip with the magnets which does absolutely nothing at all and was useless, I have an anti-snore pillow which does nothing and a back pack which stops me from rolling onto my back (I still managed to end up on my back!) my sleep app said I was snoring loudly over 3000 times a night for 60% of the time I was asleep. Now that has reduced to 235 quieter snores by using this product and my snoring is just 5% of my nights sleep. Yes, I wake up with a numb tongue and some slight drooling but it stays in place all night. I can’t tell you how refreshed I actually feel and if this product hadn’t worked I think my relationship was in serious jeopardy! I am on the waiting list for CPAP as I have obstructive sleep apnoea, but in the interim and as a mouth breather this product is superb. I have written this review honestly having tried and wasted money on all other gimmicks and I am so happy with it. Snoring all night loudly is impossible for a partner to deal with. Don’t waste your money on anything else, please try this product first!
