My wife says that the snoring is quieter so she's happy. How does it work? I don't know, unless it subconsciously distracts you. You can't beat the price if you want to give it a try. It's not uncomfortable. If I wake up in the middle of the night I usually take it out.

My husband snores super loud, every single night. I have purchased so many different anti-snoring devices and tapes throughout the years. These are the first nose clips that include magnets that we've tried. After a few nights of use I've noticed that it does lessen the amount he snores when he first falls asleep, but the clips have fallen out of his nose a few times while he was sleeping and the snoring starts right away once it's fallen out of his nose. So if it stays in place on the nose I do think these clips help with reducing snoring. I've accepted that there most likely won't ever be a product that stops his snoring completely, but it's nice to find items like these clips that are easy to use and comfortable for him to wear that also reduce the snoring a bit.As for the quality - I was surprised at how high quality these clips were. They are really well made and I love that they are each in their own little container. I had expected them to be the types of clips that you throw away after using them a few times since there were 12 included, but they aren't, these can be used many, many times as long as they are taken care of and disinfected. I have a package of alcohol wipes in our nightstand drawer to wipe these off after use to keep them clean. After wiping them down I then leave the containers open for a bit to allow them to dry completely and then put them away. I've given six to family and friends who snore to try out themselves. Since they each have their own little container it's easy to give them away, take them on vacation or have extras stored away for later use.

I’ve given these the benefit of the doubt and used them multiple nights and I can’t tell that they do anything to help. I would recommend finding another solution.

These nose clips are very small. They did not improve my air flow. They did tickle my nose. I don't know if they stopped my snoring or not. I only wore them once. My wife didn't hear me snore, so, maybe they did work. I think if they were bigger they might have opened my air passages.
