Monitor is good but died after 40 days. I tried replacing cable, switching ports, switching computer, turned off for 30 mins, unplugged power, long press, but nothing. It was a good value but died after few days of use. I never had a monitor died on me. This is the first time ever.Amazon was really good because they allow me to return it. Shout out amazon!

My old monitor was a 27" 4K HDR monitor with 384 zones. It had two laptop fans cooling it constantly and had really bad contrast. My mouse cursor had a giant halo around it and using the monitor for long periods was a strain because it was so bright, all the time.All of those problems are solved here. More zones means less of a halo and more variability in brightness. There are no fans that I can see, and if there is one, it's quiet. As a bonus, this monitor can push 4K 10-bit color at 144 Hz, which is twice as fast as you really need.I worried that the thin bezel would mean my webcam stand would block the screen, but there's just enough room for it.

Pros:- Solid build quality, no flex or creaking- HDR video content looks amazing, deep blacks, huge contrast range, vibrant colors- Built in (basic) KVM makes switching between a gaming desktop and a work laptop easy for exampleCons:- My unit had a cluster of dead sub pixels about an inch from the corner (probably about 1.5 pixels worth), and a dead sub-pixel right in the middle of the display- Extremely poor viewing angles for an IPS, glow very noticeable in the corners- Sleep mode buggy, sometimes required power cycle to get the video back (tested on multiple computeres)- USB-PD not working on one of my laptops, possibly due to low wattage- The matte texture finish was too coarse for 4K in my opinionSummary:It's really hard to recommend this monitor to anybody due to it not waking up from sleep mode. If you only game and watch videos, this monitor may be an decent option for you, but I would not consider it for productivity/office work due to the poor viewing angles, text looks washed out near the edges of the screen at arms length.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this KTC 32 Inch 4K Mini LED Monitor in October 2024 for $699.99, expecting high quality for the price. However, just 7 months later, it suddenly stopped working completely—no power, no response, nothing.This failure disrupted my work for three days while I scrambled to find a temporary replacement. For a premium monitor, this kind of issue is unacceptable. I’m now in the process of requesting a return and refund.Very disappointed with the durability. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Wasn't impressed with the colors. The dark colors had a "muddy look". The monitor died after 3 months. Replaced it with a pro art and what a difference in colors. **Update, I am impressed with the company standing behind there products and will consider them in the future.

First purchased on 11/24/2024Monitor has Great picture and fast response time. I did have a hard time getting HDR to work properly at first but discovered it was just a setting. stand is well built and very solid. Good vertical adjustment along with tilt. Picture is very clear and bright. When switching from normal to HDR screen took about 4 seconds before flashing then stabilizing. Monitor is almost always in HDR mode, after four months of use monitor failed, and screen was black. Upon testing it was determined that it was just a bad monitor. Contacted KTC support and they went above and beyond to solve the issue. The warranty states that I was responsible for return shipping. After letting them know that the return shipping was around $200 KTC sent me a prepaid return label and I packaged it up in original packaging and shipped it back. They sent me a brand-new monitor and it has worked flawlessly. It has worked great now for the last five weeks or so. It is still slow to change from standard to HDR mode but it does not flash when switching like before. The original monitor would flash when switching modes sometimes more than once but the new one does not do that. I am hoping that it was just a defective monitor and not a design problem. I would have rated this monitor a five had it not failed. I original rated it a two because of possibly having to pay a ridicules price to ship back a clearly defective monitor. The thing was is that KTC agreed and paid the shipping. They did not have to as it is clearly stated that customer is responsible for return shipping which I believe is not a good policy. The monitor gets a 4-star rating because it failed too soon. The support gets a 5-star rating because they did the right thing. Only time will tell now if it is going to last but it acts better than the first one. If it does stand up to the test of time, I would not be afraid to purchase another KTC monitor.

This monitor is very bad and I regret buying it. The monitor has a very loud sound (coil whine) when running at higher refresh rates. At 120hz, it is noticeable, but bearable. At 144hz, it is quite loud and annoying. I contacted the manufacturer, and they stated this noise was expected. When the monitor has gone to sleep, it will often not wake up when waking my macbook and I have to restart the monitor. When it does wake up, it takes a very long time (5-10 seconds). The picture is pretty good though. Definitely stay away from KTC. They make very low quality monitors.
