I like to put this in tea when my girlfriends come over all hyper stressed and stimulated. I also take it before bed and have great sleep. Def worth it.

Suplemento para Estres. 2oz. Appears to be made in the USA. These liquid drops taste ok, not unpleasant…kind of semi-sweet. Packaging was safe and secure. Good expiration date…plenty of time to use it. I would get these again.

I've taken St. John's Wort for years, off and on (as my herbalist told me to stagger the use, as not to make it continuous) for a calming effect in a very stressful job. Now that I'm retired I've still been taking it, as it's part of my continuous herbal regiment.I really liked this method of dosing, as it's so simple and seems very effective. This has some other additions that were not in my capsules, but my herbalist states that they are good additions for my use. The liquid St. John's Wort duplicate some things I get in my teas that I use, but those are infrequent, and this is so simple and easy. The taste is okay if used just as is though overly sweet to me, or it can be easily mixed into just about any liquid.My only concern is that this has added to it Maltitol, to make it sweet. I don't understand why everything must taste syrupy sweet, as the herbs don't taste bad on their own; or at least they don't in my teas or capsules. For someone that stays away from refined and sugar substitutes that are not found in nature I really don't like them added to my herbs. For that reason only I will not be renewing this method of taking this once it's gone.Also, and this is personal taste, I tend to not like things very sweet, so others might be less critical of such. I am hypoglycemic and that might be why I don't like many sweets. Otherwise it seems to be a decent mix for herbals that are said to have a calming effect.

This herbal supplement has a great flavor and super easy to take. You can add it to your water or take it directly on the tongue, which is what I do. I find it easiest to do that I love the burst of energy I get afterwards!

I find the ingredients in this supplement to be very effective for me. I also find the taste to be very pleasant. The quality of manufacture is top-notch and so is the delivery method. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.
