Better than anything I’ve found in the states. Just be careful not to go too deep into ear canal. My ears are so clean when I’ve done scraping them out with this little tool. And yes, hearing seems to be better after.

I appreciate having multiple ear picks in the pack in case I lose a pick. However, I left off a star because the ear pick I already keep at my second residence is lightly waxed, while these feel bare. I’ll eventually get used to the bare texture in my ear, but I like the waxed texture of my other pick better.
