I do 1 scoop instead of the suggested 2. I love the ingredient blend but I try to avoid doses higher than 200mg at one time.With that being said, I feel GREAT during my workout after taking this. I feel laser-focused, my lifts are noticeably heavier, and I find myself sweating more using this compared to regular pre-workout. You don’t get the tingle/burning in your face as there is no Beta Alanine. No jitters either.The Cherry Bomb flavor is delicious. It genuinely tastes like melted cherry Italian Ice. Most cherry or berry flavored pre-workouts have a medicinal tinge. Not this one! Straight-up cherry popsicle.

Finally found a pre workout that let's me push my workout further and burn those unwanted extra lbs! I'm finally so happy ! I was hesitant at first going through a few pre works . Burps ,gas ,bloat,upset stomach ,ya know all the horrible negatives but this stuff here *chefs kiss* Price point was perfect and one scoop (for now does the trick) I've been pushing and pushing with another pre workout and I couldn't get past a 5-8 rep that I set for a goal. First day with one scoop ,I got to 9 reps and my workout felt like I finally achieved that goal. Next few days after I'm now at a constant workout where I'm able to push myself towards those goals. Very happy with the purchase . I don't crash and it's a nice smooth caffeine with no jitter, No upset stomach or running to the bathroom after workout. Only weight I'm gaining is muscle weight . Definitely going to try some more products from this company !Update :10/18 product seems to lose potency after about a week . Went with two scoops and ran that for a week and honestly ,I don't feel it the same way as I did in week 1. Truly upset . No more pump ,no more energy boost ,I feel nothing now .Last update. The company has reached out and wow what a company! I will continue with their products and hopefully something sticks for me . So far the company is possibly.the best supplement company I've ever interacted with . 5 stars for company 4 stars for the product.

I was looking for a preworkout without beta alanine and found this. I appreciate the no beta alanine as it's hard to find a preworkout without it. The thermogenics really work, I sweat way more and you can feel heat coming off my skin. It makes me go to the bathroom about 15-20 mins after drinking it everytime, but after that my stomach is fine. I don't notice as much energy as some other preworkouts I've tried despite it having 400mg of caffiene. It also makes me get extremely dizzy especially if I lay down even after 4 hours after taking it. I'm not sure what ingredient is causing that as I have never had that experience with any other preworkout. The cherry flavor is very good! I'm going to finish the can, but after will probably try something else.

My favorite in the line was nitrosurge black, which was discontinued. I tried one scoop of this on an empty stomach. 12 mins in I noticed a slight state change. I was tired and my mood kind of rose and the focus increased a bit. At 15 mins I noticed an increase in my pace of movement. I was hungry before this and I was hoping for some appetite suppression. If anything it took the edge off the hunger. This is not a hardcore stim pre. Maybe at 2 scoops. I only need one scoop and it’s perfect since I don’t like high stim. This would be a good just right daily pre at 1 scoop and if you really need a boost I think 2 scoops would get you there.

I’ve been using JF products for years. Back to Altius, the Pro series products, the OG nitro surge…etc. this one is the first one where it’s practically the opposite effect of what it’s intended for. I find myself feeling more tired after taking this then if I took no pre workout at all. Not sure if the formula changed, but this one is a miss for me.

I keep coming back for more.I only wish they had additional flavors. And I have to say, I would love for them to improve the flavor and overall taste, but the prodcut works so well on my body that I dhnt care that much. This just does the job right guys.
