I truly do enjoy cooking with konjac whether as rice or noodles it's so simple to use and lends itself really well to the flavours of the dish.The biggest plus point is its low calorie content, making it a true delight to eat. A little on the expensive side to purchase but totally worth the spend.

Tastes better when panfried with veggies and bit of sauces, doesn't absorb flavors. It's a very good substitute for usual noodles. Loved it

If you are counting carbs. Consider.
It's not exactly like carb loaded noodles. But you can work with it.I had two items where the inner packets were torn and the item was rotting.I complained to the urban platter team and they replaced them.Great Service on their part. Rare to see such servive in India.
