I'm on my second bag now.I mix it with a banana, peanut butter and chia seeds, and have it for breakfast and dinner everyday. Works out to be 1.00 per meal (cheap!), with a bag lasting about 4 weeks.Doing this, I've lost 14 pounds in 6 weeks.If you want to lose weight, use this with a balanced diet and exercise.It works.

I had YFood before this, and the YFood is much better. This is too sweet, not very chocolatey and doesn't make you feel satisfied even for an hour. And it's much more expensive.

Following instructions and am losing excess slowly but surely

Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews on the TPW website!I’m trying this as yet another meal replacement shake in my constant search for something that fills me, tastes nice and has the correct nutritional breakdown on a lower carb type diet.This has a very bland cocoa taste (forget silky chocolate) and even after 30 seconds in a shaker with water there were lumps left and chalky residue in the bottom after drinking too.Has a high carb value at over 15g per recommendation 60g serving @ 200 calories, didn’t fill really fill me up, so won’t be buying again.Even with it’s contained MCT oil, this is a waste of £30, very disappointed.Absolutely no chance drinking this 3 times a day to replace proper food is realistic.PhD Diet Whey is STILL the best all rounder shake if you’re using water.This might work better with milk or almond milk, but even then your carbs and calories will rocket.
