The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I'm a single 40 yr old woman with back problems and I put this together myself. Granted, it did take 3 hours because I took resting breaks.There are lots of small pieces (nuts and bolts) but thankfully the package came with all the tools needed (Allen wrench, 2 small wrenches)The instruction manual is very descriptive, giving very detailed illustrations showing EXACTLY what is what, what goes where, and what tool you need. There are 5 "steps" to putting the inversion table together. This is probably the most detailed instruction manual I've ever used.After all the work, I finally got myself onto the table and eased my way back, using both the massage and heat contraption that came with the table (it is removable so if the heat and massage aren't your thing, just don't bother putting it on) I didn't go ALL the way upside down for fear of injuring myself but my goodness it felt AMAZING just going back far enough to relieve the tension in my discs. I definitely had pain relief. Pain level went from about a 9 to a 4 (on a 1-10 scale, 10 being painful) after using the table about 4 times, at 20-30 seconds per time.The machine is durable and functional when properly put together. Just remember to ALWAYS wear shoes while on the table, as the foot rest bar is hard on bare feet and for safety reasons, it's best to wear shoes.Bonus tip: if you're tilted back far enough upside down and you have a curious pup (like me) they WILL come lick your face to make sure you're ok 😆

The media could not be loaded. Assembly instructions were complicated I just put it together without it. Took 90 mins. Very sturdy full inversion. The massagers are portable and very strong massage and heat. Functions well. Very stable equipment. Love the design. It is also super comfortable too. Folds up nicely. Adjusts to pretty much anyone with an adjustable headrest. Love the ankle brace holders compared to other ones with cheap roll foam that wears easily. Remote looks cracked but that’s just due to the plastic protective cover over it. Happy with purchase!

I'm 6.0 190 I got great. She's 5.6 and she's 1x or 2x or 14/16 and her hips make contact with the sides. Soft contact. However we both like it. Once we get past that it's just a little bit of foam and plastic keeping us from falling on our heads. Then we can try to relax while hanging around. Assembles relatively easy. As long as you're hard Ware package isn't destroyed like mine was. In all it's very nice. Value for the money.

This is the best thing I've done for myself in years! Back pain that I've dealt with for years was lessened after one use. The massage component is way, way more effective than I thought it would be. Even my posture was improved after the one use. It was a little difficult to figure out how everything works but I think I was overthinking it a bit. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will recommend it to everyone I know! Thanks so much!

I decided to spend the extra money to have the massager, but I barely feel the massage even at the highest setting. The actual table is very good. Save yourself money and get the one without the massager.

I was surprised by the great quality of this inversion table. Had to replace my older version of the original Teeter inversion table and decided to take a chance on this one and I've been very impressed.

This was relatively cheap and easy to set up. I now use it every day for about 15-20 minutes. You can gauge your time on the machine yourself. It has different angles you can set before you lean back that will stop you at a certain angle. No fear of going completely upside down. It has worked wonders for my back and hips. I recommend.

Wasnt sure I needed a new one because my old one still inverts! I am so happy I bought this one and the massager is a lot less of a pain than I thought it would be. For the price, ITS AWESOME, for a more expensive one I would have still said it was great! Its a pain to put together, but I am ecstatic with my purchase!!!!
