Boy, was this a godsend. My little furry pal kept walking by and dislodging the plug to my extension cord! I have mobility issues and it was difficult to get behind my recliner to plug it back in. This solved all my problems!

I use overhead outlets and short extension cords for my irons in the quilting studio, at the end of the day when I unplug everything, I tend to accidentally unplug myself. This solves my problem perfectly at a very reasonable price.

I bought to prevent my puppy from pulling a plug out and he broke this thing in 3 hours after installation. Swift paw and done.

This worked just OK for the plug I used it with. I think it will keep the plug in, but 1. It didn't fit very well over the plug. This seems designed to work with very specific plug shapes. 2. It is just plastic. I would bet on my 3-year-old being able to break this off.Aside from those 2 issues, I also struggled with getting the screw in, as I have a childproof outlet cover that already required a longer screw. The screw provided with this protector was just barely long enough to have both protectors on at the same time. Still, the screw would be plenty long enough in a regular outlet, so I wouldn't count that against this product, just something to keep in mind.

I am considering this for a plug that my dog keeps dislodging (The same circumstance that led another reviewer to buy it.), but am dissuaded by the insane price.

I had a slight issue where only part of my order was received. The manufacturer was prompt in fixing the issue. These work great and help us to keep our outlets protected. I work at a sports complex and people like to unplug things they shouldn't.
