Great for restless legs
This product works well for me dealing with restless leg. It helps me to relax and fall asleep without the constant movement of my legs.

Best sleep ever.
I really appreciated being able to sleep so much better. Usually I didn't get but 3 or 4 hours of sleep. First use, I slept restfully longer than 4 hours. Seven hours to be exact.

This magnesium cream helps with the pain from the neuropathy in my feet and along with the swelling from my arthritis in my feet. It doesn't help at all to sleep.

Didn’t help solve my back problems
Bought this after my chiropractor recommended getting magnesium cream for my back problems. Can’t say it’s done much good for my problems. I’ve stuck it’ll out and used the jar but hasn’t made much of a difference.

Great product
I put the cream on my neck and other ares that feel tensed. It not only helps those muscles relax it is working wonders on helping me sleep. There is not much smell to it.
