i love it easy to install ready to use with few steps just remember if you use this for the first time and you get clogged up take off the bottom neck part and empty it if any part of it gets full of like dust and trash or if you vacuum up the wrong thing it’ll get stuck down there at the bottom but you will think that you need to empty the trashcan and you really need don’t Take the vacuum apart and dump it all out from the bottom to the top trash can’t get stuck in the bottom where trash first enters.

I have two kids under three, I know crumbs. Viktor (what we named him) is amazing. He cleans up after my kids, my cat, and gets all my hair out of my carpet that drives my husband crazy. The best part? He comes with a little tool to help cut all the hair out! He’s got multiple settings so he can speed up for bigger messes, or if you need a quick sweep up he’s got you too with his lower settings. He turned super easy too! My only dislike about our dear Viktor is his “sit up” setting gets triggered with big arm motions, but we will let it slide. My two year old can use it on the smallest setting too. Get you a Viktor!

Very nice stick vacuum. Highly recommend. This is my second one I bought one two years ago and I broke the bottom part where you are supposed to be able to remove the thing that spins around so you can clean it better so therefore I can use it but without the spinning thing.

This is a great vacuum for power and convenience. I love not being tethered to a cord. The attachments are great for getting into all kinds of spaces. Our parakeet was very happy with his clean cage. I just stuck the wand attachment on and it sucked up all the seeds plus on the bottom of the cage. I cleaned the couch, the rugs, kitchen floor and all the floors with one battery charge. Assembly was a little challenging, but there are videos on line. The only problem I have is snapping the battery off because I don't have much strength in my hands, but i can still charge it with the battery on.Just beware because the first time I ordered it, another former Amazon affuliate hacked the cart with a rediculously low price but I alerted Amazon and got the real one and it was still a bargain.

I'm not sure how, but the previous version of this product was MILES better. The current version of this product is somehow worse in every category.When comparing to the previous version of the same product from the same company, this current product...- Is HEAVIER than the old one- Is LOUDER. No noticeable difference in suction power- MORE STIFF/harder to control. The vacuum doesn't even stay fully on the floor at all times, and will "lift up" because of the stiffness, causing MISSED SPOTS everywhere- Combination of Heavier and Stiffer makes it miserable to hold/use. Just got a blister on my hand from using it, prior to writing this review- SMALLER/POORLY DESIGNED DUST BIN means it fills up quicker, so you're able to cover less area than before- SMALLER FILTERS not only mean a new product (your old filters won't work any more), but you must also replace more frequently than before.Aside from getting about ~5 extra minutes of use time from the battery, this product is worse in every single way. I absolutely would have returned this in a HEARTBEAT had I not thrown out the box (I was satisfied with the previous version/model).Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS MODEL!!!*EDIT: After posting this review, I went to the product page and realized they're straight up false advertising...1) I currently have hair tangled in the roller brush2) Dust bin does not empty "with one touch". Sure the Dust Bin opens with the press of a button, but because of its previously-mentioned poor design, I need to take out the entire filter/"filter holder", bang it on the trash bin, and hand-pick dirt and hair off the filter every single time. Significant downgrade from previous verison/model3) The vacuum is hardly Self-Standing. If on carpet, it will fall over more often than not. Even on hardwood floors you need to be careful how you set it down or it will fall over. Once again, previous version/model was Self-Standing just fineIt blows my mind away how much worse they've made their product

I was surprised how well this vacuum performed. It has fantastic suction, even on just medium speed. I could use it for a long time on medium speed (guessing around 45-50 minutes). Running it on max speed drains the battery super fast (in about 15 minutes), but the suction is even more incredible. The vacuum is super lightweight. I weighed it on my digital scale fully assembled and it is only 6.2 lbs. It is super easy to empty the dust chamber with the press of a button. I am really satisfied with it.
