One of the Great e bike
Bought this ebike for my son we appreciated the quality and how to fold to load into our SUV, assembled very easy weight is not a problem love the headlight the only complaint was the height I’m 5.4” and my son is 5.5” I replace the seat with a regular one to make lower and also change the rear suspension shock with a shorter oneI almost return it but change my mind simply because it’s looks very nice over all excellent ebike👍

Terrible customer service!!!
Bought 4 bikes from them to the tune of 5k. This one stopped working about 3 months in. I have tried everything they recommended to fix it to no avail. I spent $1600 on this bike alone and they expect you to repair on your own. I reported this to them as soon as it started having problems. Sent videos of issues ect. They basically are trying to stall until I give up.
