To early to comment on the effectiveness or the tablets but I have so far not experienced any of the side effects that I had with Metformin. They are virtually tasteless and seem to be working as an appetite suppressant . They are easy to swallow and represent good value for money.

AVOID I took it as instructed and for the first week everything was fine but then I started getting stomach cramps and it made me violently sick I was vomiting bile likewise I was pooping bile!! I won’t share photos but I would avoid this at all costs
