Please carry on:We ended up with lil pantry demons that we tracked down to a bag of unshelled walnuts - after it was already too late :^/I'm a disabled supplemental O2 user; chasing those things with a fly swatter has been overly exhausting.I finally accepted that wasn't going to cut it and stepped up the intervention. I ordered pheromone traps plus this MAGIC wand at the same time, for good measure.It arrived first and right out of the box: *snap* *crackle* *pop* DEAD MOTHS!No miss, all kill!Ngl, it's kind of disturbingly satisfying. I'm generally a peaceful person and lover of almost all living things but man, I've become an unapologetic pantry moth assassin!!Be aware, since it's *electrocuting* and *burning* them, it is not the best smell. Kind of similar to the smell from the Presto Hot Dogger, that 80's cooking device that electrocuted hot dogs to cook them.I turn on the exhaust fan and turn my head or hold my breath for a few seconds while they're sizzling since I'm pretty sensitive to smoke but it dissipates fairly quickly.I highly recommend this Palone Rechargeable Electric Fly Swatter.Note: the battery and handle do not align perfectly, but that might just be mine. I'm still noting that for those that might be bothered by it.Personally, I would like it better if it were a little smaller. It would be just about perfect if you could adjust the angle of the top part to get the lil bleepers that land on the ceiling easier but for what it is, it works great!PS. Pay attention to your surroundings while using it. Note anything that might have metal* on it and please make sure kids and pets aren't under foot because stumbling and accidentally bopping yourself with this thing, would not be good!*Today I discovered a random staple under the edge of my cabinet that I never noticed before. Thankfully, it was still about an inch away from the edge of the zapper when I saw it so, *phew* disaster narrowly averted!

Flies just bounced off of it and continued on their way. When a moth did the same thing, I decided to return it.One good thing about it is the USB charging. I have an effective fly racquet with a non-USB charger which has disappeared.

The media could not be loaded. I live in Florida and we have a lot of mosquitoes out here, on top of flies and other annoying insects. I used to have a cheap swatter but I always wanted an electric one. I’m glad I ordered this one. It works great, it has a blue light that attracts mosquitoes, it zaps them right when they touch the swatter, it is chargeable, it has a stand, and the wand can either be short or long - whichever someone prefers, it also has a nice modern and neutral look. Overall a great purchase. Thinking of getting one for my parents also. And another note, my toddler managed to take the whole swatter and dip it in a bucket of water the second day I got it, I was afraid it wouldn’t work after that, but to my surprise, after completely drying it out it still worked and works great.
