Delivery was earlier than expected. ZOOFEN replacement wheels are exactly as advertised and appear to be of good quality. I used them to repair wheels on new Samsonite Omni II spinner luggage destroyed by airport luggage handlers. The replacement took a total of 20 minutes: remove existing wheel base from luggage, drill out shaft rivet, install ZOOFEN wheel assembly to Samsonite wheel base, screw repair wheel and original base to luggage with existing '5' screws and close up interior lining. Tested, rolls and turns as good as new. Zoofen wheels are much sturdier then original Samsonite. Great product.

I broke off a wheel from a four-wheel piece of luggage that hit a raised bit of concrete.This product has the wheel and the housing it’s mounted in.The instructions are clear, and removal of the existing housing with the broken wheel stem is simple.Replacement was difficult at first, the small bolt that secures the wheel stem to the housing was too short. Including a few various lengths of the bolt would have been nice.I located a longer bolt and the wheel replacement was quickly done.The completed work resulted in one wheel being a bit longer than the other three, but that’s really not a problem. If it becomes annoying, the purchase includes two units, so another could be easily installed in place of a parallel wheel. Just have to locate a bolt that fits the use.

These worked great on a Samsonite mid size case that I have had for many years. Unfortunately, I lost a wheel on each of 2 recent trips with BA and tried these wheels before buying a new case. I was able to access the inside of the case by unzipping the liner. Then removed the broken wheels by unscrewing the pivots. In order to use these new rollers, I did have to use fender washers to adapt them for the larger hole and design of the original rollers, Loctite was also needed. They worked great on my most recent transatlantic flight. They were a bit more expensive than most on Amazon, but the only ones that I thought I could adapt to my case.

***Update 9/26/2024***Our 12 year old suitcase wheels finally began to fall apart and needed replacement. The suitcase was still in great shape, except the wheels. I was was having a hard time locating a full replacement wheel that would just screw in. After some searching, I came acrossI these ones.Instructions were easy to follow. The hardest part was drilling out the old ones. Once that was complete, everything went smoothly. I replaced all four wheels and it initially appeared to work better than it ever had!A week after installing them, I used it on a short trip. In fact, I didn’t even roll it far at all. While rolling it through the hotel lobby, I began to notice it pulling to one side. I managed to get to the room. It was here that I found the wheels had all come loose it was impossible to repair, since the tools were at home.I had to be extra careful while leaving the hotel and rolling it to the car. Once at home, a wheel fell off while rolling it from the car to the front door. I tried to repair them but found that the screws would no longer tighten up. They acted as if they had been stripped. I was very careful not to over tighten them, while installing. This problem now made my suitcase uninhabitable.I do not recommend this product. Save your frustration and possibility of having to carry your suitcase, while on a trip.First two photos were taken after installation. The remaining were taken today - notice the large gap and tilt they have, due to becoming loose.

Easy to install, just follow the directions. Looks nice. However, that being said, the first time that i used the luggage with the replacement wheels, it broke off during the transporting of luggage on the train in Japan from hotel to hotel.

Just what the doctor ordered. I only had one broken wheel and I ordered the pair just in case I get another one down the road. Warranty repair process from Delsey was horrible, my luggage model was discontinued and they had no spares.
