After using the normal eye wash station for immediate first-aid, I found this device much more useful when taking a bit more time for a secondary irrigation. You can pour the contents of any eye wash saline solution in, slowly squeeze the bulb to take the air bubbles out, release, then calmly and effectively re-rinse in a much more gentle controlled manner, which is not as easy during any initial rushed eye wash. I'll be adding a new spare of these to my extended/secondary aid bag, with an extra bottle of saline solution/rinse.It's a very simple device and it works well to compliment any secondary aid / treatment.p.s.: all rubber/silicone like components can be separated from the clear plastic to be cleaned and dried.

Great small product, well made for what it is

This little cup is fantastic for when you have something in your eye! Just fill it with water and squeeze to squirt the water into your eye and clean out any debris!

This fits well over your eye socket, and if you push on it against your socket it provides great suction, but be careful not to create too much suction because it could break some minor small blood capillaries, so take it easy on that. The little plunger on the side most definitely leaks, I tried different ways whilst trying to use the plunger, still leaks out. But works good if placed on eye and tilt your head back to wash that way.So I think I'll take the little plunger off, and block the hole with my non toxic glue from my craft glue gun. Use it without the plunger so it doesn't leak out on me. Great eye coverage, great suction to insure the eyewash stays inside. Just push it (twice) against your eye socket to lock it on your skin.
