Okay, I was worried about buying an aftermarket humidifying cartridge too, but these work great. I've bought some aftermarket products that don't fit or don't work quite right so I was skeptical, but these things just seem to pop right in.

I use the ResMed AirMini as my regular cpap machine. I have one for at home use and one for travel. The branded HumidX units are very expensive, especially when using the AirMini on a daily basis. These generic HumidX units cost a fraction of the cost, and are every bit as effective. I tend to be skeptical when it comes to trying generic health-related products. I'm certainly glad I found these. Saves a bundle!

While I love the size of my AirMini travel CPAP, using it made my throat and mouth very dry. I didn't want to spend money on the Resmed brand humidifier so I gave these a try. They worked well.

I took these with my on a recent trip and tried out both the standard and plus version of these and compared them with RedMed originals. First of all, the fit was right and they cost about 75% less that ResMed OEM. As for performance, while I believe the ResMed OEM product did a better job, these definitely did work. In Las Vegas where the air is very dry, the PLUS version kept up about the same as the standard ResMed OEM version. The standard version of this was less effective and I had to stop using it until I got to a more humid area. Overall, it’s hard to beat the price but I’m dropping a star since they are not quite as good as OEM.

I do a lot of traveling with my wife and do a lot of Boy Scout camping without this i would have dry nose every night
