Battery backup
5 star for after sales service of boatActually due to my misunderstanding or lack of knowledge of the product I placed an request for product replacement under warranty just next day boat send currier to pick up my product but later I relized that It was my mistake so i denied pic up and enjoying this product after sales service of boat is amazing as well as product quality

Do not buy any product from Amazon because even if the product is defectiveThere is a 7 day replacement warranty but still these people do not change itThe customer service is very bad

Value for money and high performance
This is a value for money product. After 2 to 3 weeks of using it I have no complaints on the sound and overall quality. However there is a bit of a concern. At times it would auto disconnect from the base device for a few seconds and then auto reconnect. I reset the earphone and it seems to have resolved the issue, at least, for the time being. I will update if the issue re-occurs.Folks, the annoying issue of frequent disconnection still persists, mostly when palying youtube audio-video and audio-video streaming apps - Spotify, Netflix etc. A concerning dampener for such an otherwise good product. Will continue troubleshooting and update soon.Folks, I am afraid I have to take back my negative comments above and increase the rating to 4 stars. I switched to a new gen phone nd the above disconnection issue disappeared. So it was my old phone which may have had a compatibility issue.My sincere apologies Boat!!!

I'm satisfied with the product and it's price
Very sturdy and looks well built. Sound is good but not recommended for a long period listening. Connectivity is good and very fast pairing with last added device. It's lightweight and magnets also sticks well during not in use. In a nutshell, I like the product and highly recommended.But, to the Seller, I must say "PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DELIVERY PERSON HAS ENOUGH CHILLERS TO PAY THE BALENCE AMOUNT....MOST OF THE TIME THEY DON'T HAVE"

Ear pain & sound distortion after 5 months.
Sound quality was good, I was thinking atleast it will work for 1yr since boat considered as a pocket friendly good quality brand.

Kuch time sahi chala ab to only one side se aawaj aa rahi h boat se ye ummid nahi thi
