Craftsman 42" Gas Riding Lawn Mower with 17.5 HP* Briggs and Stratton Single-Cylinder Engine, Gas Lawn Tractor with 7-Speed Transmission, Red/Black

I like everything about this riding mower. I love that it can tow a trailer.I was going to buy a small 0 turn mower,which never was delivered. I glad this happened. This mower is the best turning is perfect. My Lawn is 50 ft. x 150 ft. I am disabled and I will use this year round

Recommend not to purchase. The carrier lies about delivery and never got delivered as it said. Had to call the carrier 3 times to ask where my order was at. Eventually it was delivered. When it was delivered it was in a shipping crate, which I had to use a hammer to focefully remove it. Then the lawn mower was not fully assembled. Once assembled and filled with gas and oil it only started up once and will not start again. Highly disappointed for the price I paid it should be in brand new working condition. DO NOT purchase this product.

My LT 1000 has good still use it for other projects. I replaced it with the new 110 same 42” deck. I got good service from my 2002 and this seemed the same so far so good. Not as sturdy as the 2002 but everything now is not quality as it was

Excellent service from the begining to the end. Machine is great and has made my life so much easier.

The mower goes too slow do not like it.

UPDATEAfter a few great weeks, I started having issues with the deck belt coming off. I purchased it in April and it was November when I contacted them to see how to replace the belt. I figured it was better to have it replaced before the grass was growing again. I was told to contact a different company, they gave me links to their email and I only clicked the link, emailed them and realized it was the same email that I had previously sent. After roughly 10-12 email exchanges and it going in circles with no understanding, I give up. It’s a shame to pay for a product, feel protected by a warranty and realizing that the company has no intention of honoring their warranty. The mower is not bad, but the customer service is terrible. If you don’t mind paying for parts that should be in warranty and you don’t mind having to do the repair yourself, it’s not a bad deal. If you don’t have the mobility, skills or knowledge of how to do repairs, then I don’t recommend buying this product or any other product from this company because you just can’t depend on the manufacturer’s warranty. I did purchase the extended warranty from a third party and I will be contacting them to see if I can get this fixed. It’s a belt, I never anticipated that I would be having this much trouble getting it replaced.Easy to operate, there is no extra bells and whistles to make it hard to keep up with, which is exactly what attracted me to this one. I have 2 acres of land and I can do it all in 3 hours (and that includes having to get around kids stuff, play set and trampoline, etc). Can’t beat the price tag. Delivery was pretty slow, but it was free and I can’t complain about it. But it’s met all my expectations.
