Really tasty and easy to cook

Just like rice glass noodles but without the carbs.
They can be cooked just like standard rice noodles but do take slightly longer to soften. As I can’t have cereal flours I find these an acceptable substitute. I find them Much nicer than konjac. They’re overpriced for what you get but are difficult to get hold of elsewhere. So until I find a cheaper source it’s just a case of paying up.
