Great Vitamins that absorb
I was "prescribed" these by a wellness physician. I have my labs regularly taken and all are in the optimal range. 46 and in peri-menopause for reference.

Great product!
Product arrived quickly in great condition. The product itself is as advertised, I started with half the daily dose to make sure I did not have any adverse side effects and have moved to the full dose. I love Ortho Molecular products and I would definitely buy this one again.
