I started taking Biostime Mamabiotic Fenugreek Lactation Supplement after hearing great things, and so far, it’s been a helpful addition to my breastfeeding journey. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that it combines fenugreek with probiotics for extra gut health support—not something you see in every lactation supplement.While I can’t say it’s been a dramatic difference, I’ve noticed a steady improvement in milk production, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Still, for the peace of mind and noticeable results, I think it’s worth it. Definitely a good choice for moms looking for extra lactation support with a little bonus for gut health!

These lactation support packets have a lot of vitamins and supplements that are helpful promoting milk production. However, the taste is not very pleasant. I tried with plain water and couldn't drink it due to the flavor. I tried mixing it in juice, and it was a little better. I decided to add to my smoothie and that's the only way I can really cover the flavor. I haven't really noticed a difference in milk production yet, but I just started taking these. Hopefully it will help with my milk production over time.

I want to start by saying I do love Biostime and what they have created for little ones and now I think it's great they are stepping into the mother wellness side. With that said, they are trying something new here and it may take some time to perfect.Couple of things to note:1) This supplement is NOT flavorless! I do believe it has a flavor due to all the vitamins and minerals that you really just can't remove all the flavor. I personally did not have a problem with the taste. It was earthy and maybe a mild citrus taste? Honestly, it's hard to describe and probably varies person to person. I was fine drinking it with water but also suggest orange juice, it completely masks the taste and it’s good for you!2) This supplement NEVER fully dissolves. It doesn't matter how long you mix it, how long it sits in water, it will never fully dissolve. To me, that seems to be the downfall of this product. I find myself having to give it one last good stir before I swallow the last of it. In turn, makes the last few sips gritty and more prominent in flavor.My my experience taking it for the full 30 days straight.I love the feminine packaging with soft colors and the convenient grab and go drink sticks making it super easy to keep on you. I appreciated the fact this made me have to drink a 8oz glass of water each morning when I woke up. As all breastfeeding mamas know, you need your water intake! I felt good everyday drinking this knowing so many prebiotics, vitamins, and minerals were helping maintain balance. That in itself is enough to make me keep taking it. Though, me personally, I never saw an increase in milk supply. I can't speak for every mama here because every BODY is different. So what didn't seem to change for me might not be the same for you. Again just the prebiotics, vitamins, and minerals + immune support alone is worth continuing the product.

If taken as directed this will last one month.The expiration date on this package is Nov 2025, so a little over 1.5 years from now.According to my wife the smell is "horrid" and it tastes so bad that she won't take it a second time. I have tried other supplements where people said the same thing and to me, if the supplement does something I want or need the taste doesn't matter, but that's not the case for many people.The directions say to dissolve it in water, but it doesn't dissolve very well and is gritty.She only took it once so no real effects to report, other than there were no ill effects. She's considering putting it in capsules, but that would be a lot of capsules.Overall, it's an impressive list of ingredients, but I'm not a fan of the synthetic form of Vit B6, and ascorbic acid usually comes form corn which is often GMO so I prefer other forms of Vit C.For the price, and especially the flavor, we'll look for something she can stomach and with forms of the vitamins we like.

I drank this for about 3 weeks straight when I brought my newborn home and it definitely help me sustain my supply. I was a "just-enough" pumper and feeder so this helped me pump a bit more and freeze it for my baby who does both breast and formula. Its not the easiest to drink, but it got easier with apple juice. Give it a try, it definitely was worth it.

I was not a fan of these. I did not feel like I got energy from them, I was trying to mask their flavor and struggled through the whole box.Regarding lactation support: I am struggling with producing milk for my little one. I would drink sardine water if it helped with lactation. So I drank this box. I don't feel like it helped in my case. I believe, that all women's bodies are different, and I may be one of those moms who are just under the amount - and nothing seems to help. So take that as you will. Taste wise... NOT flavorless.

I think that using the supplement daily for the past week dissolved in warm water has helped to improve my milk supply. It has fenugreek as well as a good assortment of other vitamins for nursing Mom. I think it tastes fine and just has a pleasant herbal taste. It is not hard for me to drink as it doesn't taste bad, but it is definitely not flavorless as advertised on the box. It is very convenient to have the powdered supplement individually packaged, so I can include these packets in my diaper bag and other places to always have on hand.
