Been working fine!
No leaking in mine-but if one gets a bit of water around edges when filling it up it might appear that it is leaking. Just towel dry after replacing cap tightly. . Have had it a month now. I’m going to try it with warm/hot water now also. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t find this a good system for knee therapy! Of course, although you can get up and walk around and have it mostly stay in place if it is snug. It is surely intended to be used while sitting still, relaxing, or having feet up.Previous review: Have only used these a couple times (I bought 2 so could use on each knee at same time). I am a runner and have developed a bit of quad tendonitis that isn’t bad but had now had a longer while. I decided to take some measures to try to heal. Rest, Ice, compression and some targeted exercises. These Ice packs are easy to fill with ice and a bit of water. They really get my knees cold and last long. Easy enough to add more ice when they warm up. The ONLY negative is that I want ice focused on and near knee cap, but the ice/water space is a HUGE area and the ice and water diverts to the sides and even back area where it wraps around knee. I tried putting a plastic bag sleeve inside to reduce the ice holding space but screwing the lid on over the protruding edges of bag caused a poor seal and water leaked out, so I gave up on that. ANyway it works well enough and especially well when I sit still with legs up. If it does not start leaking i can ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

Didn't last but seller made it right
Update* Seller reached out and offered a full refund to make it right. I truly appreciated them reaching out and am going to give them another try. Regardless it was exceptional customer service.Used it occasionally and it sprung a leak. Surprised it popped so fast. Past the return time 😞

Fill with water and 1 cup isopropyl. Stays plyable when frozen.
I gotta tell ya... Worst knee issue I've had in awhile, and really needed something better than the old ice in a zip lock bag.About $10, and if it only last me this injury I'd still give it a 5 star rating. I filled it with water and about a cup of isopropyl alcohol so when its frozen it's actually plyable. You can form it to you knee and it last a good hour for me over my sweats. Not too cold, and gets the whole knee. HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect for traveling!
I'm going on a cruise for the first time and got this so I can ice down my knee.I have been warned about all the walking, and plan to dance as much as possible.I know my knee will swell up and I will have to take breaks. Since there is no freezer in the cabin, regular gel ice packs won't work, but this is great because I can fill it with ice. This gives me peace of mind for traveling!I will have to get a knee replacement at some point but will be using this in the mean time and will probably use it after the surgery to recover someday. It's great and appears to be quality made. I'm very happy!

Great for travel
Great for active lifestyle. Used daily for two months on airplane, while driving, while sleeping. Velcro holds in place well. After two months Velcro was harder to hold and then it started to leak so I ordered a new one.

Excellent ice pack for knee
Man, what can I say? This is an absolute fantastic product. I have two of them nowI've had knee problems for about 4 or 5 years and was in a position to where I'm going to have to have knee surgery. Actually have had the knee surgeryWhen I went out west a few weeks ago, these were an absolute requirementSince you can't get a refrigerator in every hotel but you can generally get ice in every hotel. I opted for this nalgene type ice pack that you just fill up with iceOn my trip out west I took two of these packs and would keep one with ice filled all the time and then one in the refrigerator with ice filled that I could rotate outI'm telling you this is the absolute best ice pack I've ever used

Easy and helpful, but will develop leaks.
Simple to use, applies good cold pressure to the knee. I used these regularly (I have bad knees.) Two of the three I have purchased developed leaks. One was probably my fault for using ice that was too pointy. The other one started leaking around the opening.
