Rani products are of high quality I must say and I gave one to my friend to try

First time trying black seed, so I don't have anything to reference. But they are potent! Just biting into one individual seed tastes like oregano or a similar spice. I think they would be great mixed into pasta. So far I've used them on avocado toast and tuna salad and a couple other dishes as mix-ins. No side effects, other than a warm feeling in my stomach...which I think is a good thing, to amp up metabolism and get rid of belly fat. Good purchase. I'll continue to use. 🙂

Some people say that this little seed can help cure diseases and helps with your overall health if taken correctly and consistently. We shall see. There are many ways to make this but I like the tea.

A sneaky must have in your spice repertoire!

I like this product for my hair. I put the seeds in spray bottle of warm water. Let it sit overnight. Shake it up and spray on hair to moisten, before applying oils and wrapping. I use every night before bed. My hair is growing thicker, stronger, and shinier.
