This has been a great addition to our at home gym. It has been nice for me as a beginner to working out, but my husband also uses it and has been consistently working out for over 20 years. This ultimately is all we need as it can be used for so many different exercises, from squats and lunges to chest presses and rows. It is compact and doesn’t take up much room. If my husband knows he will be out of town for a week at a time he takes it with him to use in the privacy of his hotel room so he doesn’t miss a day of his workouts. The media could not be loaded. We love our SQUATZ Apollo Board Mini! It has arm, leg, hand, and waist attachments for numerous exercises. You could also attach other bars (if you own other gym equipment). The smart app is quick to sync with the machine itself, and it has lots of great programs available to follow. The board speaks to you letting you know resistance is set or if it has been released. The knob is rotatable, so adjustment is a breeze. I love the simplicity of the machine and how many core exercises can be done with it. So many possibilities! The coolest thing is that this all stows away so easily! Simple, Smart & Portable. Such a great home workout gym device. It’s versatile and has great resistance on both the pull and release. The app you use for it is free, and super helpful at making this an easy workout without needing to plan the exorcises. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a small machine to replace the need for an entire home gym and found the apollo board mini. Fits what I needed perfectly and gives a good workout

It’s been 4 years since I got out of the Army. Wanted to start working out again, but now I’ve got 3 kids and no time to get to a gym. Also pretty much everything I know about working out is follow what the instructor says to do. I don’t have time for the bandwidth. I got lucky and found someone selling the Apollo travel mini smart fitness board on marketplace for a steep discount. It was unopened. Setup was a breeze and I found a novice workout in the app. Directions were easy to follow with rests between reps. If you don’t know what you are doing the app is great, and if you do know what you are doing the board is easy to configure manually. Tucks underneath my bed and I can unplug for extra peace of mind from my young kids. Very impressed with this machine.Also I didn’t see anyone else mention it, but the board comes with a large plastic handle that attaches with metal brackets on the bottom and slots into the preattached handle. It increases the footprint for you to stand on. Looks like if you really wanted the extra foot space it would be nice, but I am 6’3” with a size 13 and I thought it was fine as is.

I bought this Apollo Mini travel board to use as a quick fix when I was waiting for my Speediance Gym Monster to get repaired. I wasn't expecting much, but this little machine packs a punch! I was able to do so many exercises with this, and I definitely broke a sweat more than once! It's built well, and I was able to use a bench on top of it for presses. It's the perfect size to take on trips - we are actually going on vacation in a couple weeks and I plan to bring this with me!Pros:*Different resistance modes offer variety and work muscle groups well.*Lightweight, easy to carry with the handle*Takes up very little space*The accessories are decent - I even use the handles and ankle straps with my other equipment.Cons:*The Bluetooth switch doesn't stay on the bar or the handles very well. I need to figure out a better way to secure it.*The voice prompts are kind of annoying.*Resistance is limited to a max of 150 pounds, but it's fine for its purpose.All-in-all I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

I recently got the SQUATZ Apollo Board Mini, and it's been soooo amazingggg for my home workouts!! The 150lb resistance is perfect for a variety of exercises, giving me a full-body workout right in the comfort of my home. Sooo much easier than going to the gym! Lol.Setting it up was super easy, and the compact design doesn't take up much space at all. The orange color adds a fun touch to my home gym area. What I love the most is the smart apps which guides me through different exercises and helps me track my progress.The cable machine is sturdy and feels durable, handling the resistance well. It's versatile, allowing me to target different muscle groups. From squats to arm workouts, it covers it all!!This system has been a fantastic addition to my home gym.
