It has become an essential part of my kit, especially for supporting my ankles and feet during football. It has the right balance of elasticity allowing for natural movement while still providing robust support. Removing it is simple without ripping the socks or skin off, this one comes away cleanly and painlessly, leaving no sticky residue.This sporting tape is a winner.

Adhesion was responsible but had to tape over loose end, easy to use no problems there, stretch is it’s best point top marks

Great tape. We've been using this to strap my son's elbow all season. Good adhesion (if you have hairy limbs you might want to get the under tape/foam), good stretch and support. Can him the confidence to get back to playing rugby after hyperextension his elbow early in the season.

This item was not what I thought and therefore not a lot of use to me.

Arrived in very good, brand new condition

I needed a bandage to keep a plaster in place, also to tighten round my leg to stop the blood flow. I was expecting the adhesion to be produced by the material fibres. As I have a surrounding blood condition, I could not adhere it to my skin, so doubled the end over so that the material was next to my skin. It was difficult to get the two sticky surfaces to stick ‘flat’!
