Q: Is this essentially Sriracha without the sugar?

This is magic in a jar, I remember the first time I had this and then I bought that garbage in a squeeze bottle and it was horrible. Then I found this magic again. Its like sriracha but tasty and with a hint of garlic and a gut ache later on.

If you go into their website, you'll find the ingredients, it's very warm to hot!

No. But if not used within 6 months I would consider refrigeration.
