I bought this for carpal tunnel surgery. I debated on buying it because it was a little bit more but I liked that it had the elbow attachment. I wondered if I would use it or not. I’m glad I got it. It’s large so if you have a larger arm it’s comfortable. I like the ice pack area where you can put the ice pack down in the pocket. took some pictures next to the cat haha so you could see the size of it.I put it in the bed last night and propped my arm up on it in the bed.It takes a day or two to fully expand when you open it.

As advertised, very comfortable, the right height, stable. The covering material is soft, the foam has the right amount of "give" and yet is supportive. Haven't tried the accessories yet (extender, hot/cold pack, inner pad), haven't needed them.

This is exactly what I needed to keep my arm elevated to reduce swelling in a stroke affected hand. As anyone with this condition knows, the hand swelling causes severe pain and severely limits the possibility of trying to exercise the hand. The hand needs to be kept elevated most of the time to avoid this. Regular pillows don't really help anywhere near as much as this grooved arm elevator. The shape of it and extras it has make it far more effective. Sometimes things I buy on Amazon are not always what they promise to be, but this item was exactly as it was described. I gove it a 5 out of 5. There are other similar arm elevation pillows on Amazon BUT they often don't have the gel pack, the extra gel insert pillow, or the elbow rest. Those features are what makes this hand elevation device better than the rest. When we opened the plastic, the pillow quickly snapped into the proper shape and size which tells me that the materials used are quality. The outer cover is very soft and comfortable. They used the perfect material to cover it. The size is perfect.

Super soft fabric. Very comfortable. Ice pack is awesome. Minor issue with extender that velcros on to the end- would like a little more stability, but I guess with Velcro, that is a little difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Works well for my father's needs helps keep swelling down by keeping his are up.

The best thing I did for myself for recovery after surgery (along with delivered meals). This pillow allows me to rest and SLEEP comfortably. It’s soft and very light, easy to carry room to room. I don’t need the elbow add on. Could have just gotten the main piece. Highly recommend.

Used by my son after wrist injury and surgery. It was comfortable and the ability to insert cooling packs was useful.

The elevated pillow works great to reduce swelling. My husband had wrist surgery so the need to elevate his hand was necessary. The pillow is well made and has been very helpful. I recommend using after surgery. Thanks!
