These are great to keep on hand in my medicine cabinet. Individually wrapped. I've used them a couple of occasions recently when the little ones have been poorly with high temperatures. So easy to apply to their forehead to help cool them down. I really like that they are instantly ready to use when you need them.

I recently tried out some single-use cooling head strips, and they have made a world of difference! These strips are incredibly comfortable to wear, providing a refreshing sensation that keeps me cool during hot days. They fit perfectly and are true to size, so I didn’t have to worry about any awkward adjustments.The quality of the materials is impressive; they feel effective and deliver instant relief. The only downside is that they don’t keep you cool for as long as some of the more premium brands, but for a quick cool-down, they do the job well. I still highly recommend them for anyone looking to stay comfortable during those hot days!

Nice for injuries
These cool pads arrived on time and as described. The package I received looks just like the photos advertised.I got these to use on injuries from exercising. I have a tendency to push myself too far and end up with sore limbs, joints or muscles. These help alleviate soreness and inflammation by cooling the area down. I have old sporting injuries that do play up from time to time, these are much better than my usual bag of frozen peas.Good quality and great value for money 👌🏻

Reasonable price
I usually store some commonly used medications at home, while is why I order them. From the price point of view, the gel antipyretic patch is much cheaper than the one in the pharmacy, but it hasn’t been used yet, so I am not sure whether it’s effective, I can only say that it’s cool enough and affordable, you can give it a try.

A handy pack of cooling strips for headache relief etc.
This is a pack of sixteen fever/headache relief strips for both kids and adults which I thought was great. Typically you can only use these if you are an adult. Sometimes I know my children just don’t want to put a cold flannel on their head. However these strips are sticky so much easier to keep on. Plus my children do like them. The strips have a good amount of adhesive so they tend to stick well as long as you don’t mess about with them too much, on the other hand they are easy to remove too. They fit my eight year old fine and are not overly large on her forehead either. I do think that even though they don’t take the pain away the cooling effect helps to take your mind off the pain. I also like to wear them too and find them very helpful so I can still carry on doing things around the house.Overall these headache strips are a really handy product to have. The strips work well at providing even just a bit of relief. I find them easy to wear and my children don’t mind them that much either. I find that is always a good option to not to have to take painkillers and just apply one of these strips. I will say that I’m not sure it does much to aid the effects of a fever but it does help with headaches.

Cut open pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. Remove transparent film from back of gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut gel sheet to suitable size with scissors. Reseal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out by tightly folding the pouch twice. Store in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. May even be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling. Do not store in freezer. For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard after use.
