Coldfighting 180W Far Infrared Electric Panel Heater, Wall Mounted/Ceiling Mounted/Free Standing, Wifi Remote Control, Eco Energy Efficient, Safety Overheating Protection

So I brought 2 of these and no mater what people say they do work. You just need the right size for the room ( I brought 2 600w panels for a room 5M x2.5)However build quality is ok but I have already had to send one back as the thermostat broke and the thing wouldn't stay on. No option for exchange and if I want another the same now, the price has gone up. Beeping of the other one stopped and I needed to pair it up with the remote again twice. Should I buy another? Correspondence from the seller would help

Despite being well packaged on arrival with the box being undamaged, the heater was clearly either a refurb, or just repackaged without being checked. It was bent in places, the safety sticker was partly peeled, the mounting points were bent and partly scorched. I am hoping that ordering another one, it will be new

This works really well. You can feel heat almost instantly. I bought two of this make and one of an alternative and the heat is much better from these. I have the Wifi version one doe not connect but the other one does! Hanging is a challenge one took an age to get one the other by luck first time. They need to re design the hanging as it really is a mission when you can see to align the brackets with the screws. They are light so you could do something yourself to make it easier.

Found it very easy to set up and the heat is great busy getting used to it But very happy so far

The higher output versions of this might be useful - some local pubs have them outdoors and they work pretty well, but this little 180W sadly isn't up to much. I could only feel the heating effect if I was within about 50cm of the panel.I had hoped to use it under to my desk, as the office gets a bit chilly in winter, but the surface temperature is so high (can't touch it when on) that I'd be worried about the dog burning himself or any metal under the desk becoming really hot. Then I thought about using it in the laundry, above the clothes rail to help things to dry, but if anyone touches artificial fabrics on it, they'd probably melt!Sadly, not useful, had to return it.
