Works as advertised
Do yourself a favor like many others mentioned and head to AceHardware and buy 2 carriage bolts. Other than that works flawlessly as intended.

Works as advertised. This part is a bit hard to find
Works great with the Everbilt garage side lock which you can purchase at a local jumbo hardware store. The weird thing is their web site references (as an add-on purchase) their standard T-handle which does NOT work. You need to have this type of lock as the side lock requires two "appendages" : one to lock from the outside, one to unlock by triggering the spring. The included keys are standard for your local locksmith to copy keys (it's not a lockbox small key size which my older one used). The minus is the lack of carriage bolts, but the included bolts were too long for my garage door (it was too long as it protrudes the movement of the side lock) so I had to use another bolt. By the way, it seems hard to find this particular part on Amazon.

Garage door lock
I liked it so much that I bought another one good quality easy to operate fits in my 27 year-old garage door. Couldn’t find one anywhere else.

Unsafe for use
This handle is designed to be used with a carriage bolts. Smooth head on the outside so it is secure from the outside. Instead, the manufacturer includes regular Philips head bolts w/nut, so anyone can unscrew the handle from the outside and break into your garage. Your only last defense is if you have a garage door opener hooked up. This needs to be shipped with carriage bolts to make it safe.Did not help that one key is inserted in the lock and if sent in a soft pack envelope, it can arrive damaged.

Installation
This lock should have come with carriage bolts. It came with philip head screws.
