I ordered Aggie's book a while ago and am still waiting for the physical copy. However, when I discovered there was a PDF version available, I couldn't wait and purchased it immediately. With all confidence, I can affirm that she is one of the most genuine, warm, dedicated, honest, and hardworking women I've come across in social media. Aggie genuinely appears committed to making a positive impact and helping women worldwide lead healthier, more joyful lives. I trust her to bits!The book is written in an easy-to-understand language, and its flow keeps you hooked. Aggie explains every detail, keeping you motivated without the sense that you have to sacrifice all your guilty pleasures and overhaul your entire life. It gives hope that significant achievements can be attained without making huge sacrifices and emphasizes the importance of small actions. You won't need to starve or exhaust yourself in the gym to see remarkable results.Honestly, I've never had the desire to lose weight as I am in good shape and health. Yet, being a curious person eager to explore endless possibilities and understand my body better, I’ve found this book and Aggie’s advice on social media invaluable. Even if you feel and look good, this book will open doors to take you to another level.
