As of Feb 2024, the opove H5 Hair Clippers with kit, has proven to be quite nice, low noise, and cuts really well. First impression was when I took the clippers out of the supplied hard carrying case, I noticed how slim feeling they are in my hand. The digital display stands out and is easy to read. After reading through the user guide, I was just about to charge the battery when I noticed the clippers were already charged. That was nice not to have to charge. When I turned the clippers on, they were very low noise, and with each motor speed increase the noise level goes up only slightly. Compared to my older and much cheaper (money-wise and much less quality-wise) Wahl hair clippers, the opove H5 Hair Clippers are more than a "cut above"! It only takes one swath of the clippers blade with the (numbered guard comb" on and they cut hair very efficiently, without having to go over and over and over again at the same place on the head. Quite nice! Before I purchased these clippers and kit, I read about one complaint that the hard carrying case doesn't keep the combs in place, and they just move around wherever in the case, and I found that to be true. But that is really, so far, the only complaint. I also read that others received "used" hair clippers that obviously were returns, but what I received were brand new in the box. I will update this review if I need to for added comments.

Great machine

I will give it five stars if the blade button was not that easy to touch while clipping hair. It is the location located where most people will hold the clipper.

My husband loved these clippers! Great price, easy to use, highly adjustable clippers. The cordless rechargeable battery last a long time which adds to the easy of use because there are no cords getting in the way while you cut your hair. Overall, he loves everything about these clippers and would highly recommend purchasing them!

This is one of the most satisfying buys I've made in a while. The packaging will be the first indication of quality (feels like you're unwrapping an Apple product). As you handle it, you realize you definitely bought a quality hair-cutter. After using it, you know you bought a well engineered product. Good weight and comfort in the hand. My only issue is: my optimal comb length is 1/16th. They provide a 1/8th as the lowest then you must use the 4 positions of the metal guide - however, even at maximum, the adjustable guide is a bit too low for a 1/16th cut. By no means is this a show-stopper. I'm so happy with this cutter that I will adjust my needs to the cutter.

On and off button too easy to hit

I thought the clippers were bulky. There were too many instructions for speeds. Just seemed confusing. I wouldn’t recommend them.
