I’ve been using the Dailytop UV light sanitizer for a few weeks now, and it works as expected. It’s easy to operate with the remote control and the 3-speed timing is a nice feature. I mostly use it in bedrooms and living areas to help reduce dust mites and sanitize surfaces. Just make sure to leave the room while it’s running for safety. I like the product for extra peace of mind.

Spoiler: a lot, and you can’t see them—that’s the whole problem.So, I decided to try fighting them and, at the same time, reduce the humidity in the room, which negatively affects air quality. This is especially relevant for the basement, where there’s often a feeling of dampness, and cleaning doesn’t really help.What is this device? It’s a 38W ultraviolet lamp with a timer function for 15, 30, or 60 minutes and a remote control. The kit includes protective glasses, which is a nice touch.During use, the lamp has shown itself from the best side. I use it to treat the bedroom, basement, and even the bathroom. Just keep in mind that there should be no people or pets in the room while it’s working—unless you want to harm them. This is where the remote control comes in handy. After half an hour of operation, a light “sunny” smell appears in the room, creating a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. In the basement, I was able to significantly reduce the humidity and get rid of unpleasant odors. Since I rent out properties, there are times when I need to disinfect a room and remove unpleasant smells, and this lamp is a huge help with that as well.This device turned out to be very useful for solving practical household tasks. I used this device two times, and it did seem to work. The third time I tried to use it, the timer counted down, the device went "click," but nothing happened afterward. I tried it three more times with the same result. I suspect the bulb is blown, which is rather disappointing after using it only two times.I contacted customer service. Amazon is shipping a replacement lamp at no additional cost to me, as well as a shipping label to place on the box to return it. So, the manufacturer definitely stands behind its warranty.I will say that this lamp does what it is supposed to do. I just wanted it to last for more than two uses. I am hopeful that all will be well with the replacement.

I really wish my 2 lamps had worked. The 1st UV lamp I purchased several months back worked once just fine! Stored it in its protective packaging undisturbed under my bed, then pulled it out last night when I got my 2nd one because I have an ongoing bed bug problem and don't want to have to fumigate. Plugged them both in, they both beeped, the red/green/white light settings worked, the warning beep countdown worked, both clicked at the end... and then nothing. Power light was on, but the actual bulb - the whole point for buying these - didn't turn on. Nothing broken or damaged, I just spent $55 each on product that is defective. If it was just one, I would chalk it up to cheaply made product, but the fact that 2 of the exact same product don't work with one only being utilized once and the other not at all? I'm going to try my luck with another brand. I sincerely hope you have much better luck with this company's product than I did!

This UV light sanitizer is an amazing tool to have in my home, especially with the various sicknesses going around! I bought this UV light sanitizer to help safeguard us and provide more sanitation throughout my house. It is very simple to use, the instructions make it easy to get started, and it’s really put my mind at ease. I am able to sanitize each room and feel confident that it is clean! With all the crazy weather , my family had been in and out of sick times, passing illnesses back and forth, and this UV light sanitizer has made such a difference!

We bought this to help keep the smell under control in the hatbox closet. We have 11 indoor cats. So when I tell you this thing does the job you can believe it! I was kinda of shocked to experience the difference with just the 15 minute setting. We plug it in, set it on the closet floor and shut the door. Kitties can't use their boxes during that time but they do fine. Highly recommend!

I have pros and cons about this item. I had a funny smelly bathroom and bedroom upstairs. I used the light in both and now the smell is gone. It removed a musty odor that I’ve been living with for 20 years.You have to be very careful using this in that you remove all your plants ,pets and children from the room before turning it on.it’s nice. It has a beeper warning to give you time to leave the room. With the remote, you can turn it on and off at a safe distance.Afterwards, when you enter the room, it has a funny burnt smell , so you should open the windows and run a fan to clear the room of the aftermath of using it. I wish it would’ve came with a container for storage for when it’s not in use where would you put this thing? It’s very fragile. Also am disappointed that day after I bought it for $99 it went on sale for $70 , but I am happy with the results. I was skeptical. Just be very careful , respect and follow the directions. it works well.

I used it for a total of 7 times in the 30 days I had it. It must have been working because when it turned off and I entered the room, there was a strong smell of ozone. I liked the handheld remote that could set 15, 30 and 60 minute timed exposures. But yesterday was the last day to return and it now doesn't work!Tried the remote as well as the button on the unit. It just stopped. :(I will try to contact the seller to see if they will accept it. UPDATE BELOW!:I contacted them several days past the return date and explained what happened. They took it back and will refund my money in another day or 2! Becasue of this, I give 5 stars. I will purchase the same unit soon. Thanks
