I bought a HappyRun e-bike and honestly, it’s been great. The ride is smooth, the build feels solid, and it’s got plenty of power for what I need.But what really impressed me was the customer service. I ran into a small issue and reached out—they got back to me super fast and sent me every part I needed, no hassle at all. They were helpful the whole way through, which made the whole experience way better. You don’t always get that kind of support these days.Definitely recommend this bike—and the company behind it.

I bought this bike for my son, he absolutely loves it rides it everywhere and everyday! Best purchase i have ever made! Will definitely recommend and for the customer service they are amazing, to every question to every response very fast and respectful! Great value, speed is great, and the bike is awesome, and looks great, functionality is super gets him to and from work and all around we're we live!

False advertising. Horrible customer service. DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES. They say this bike has more power than it does. They say it goes 30+mph and it barely goes over 20mph. They say it goes 50-75 miles on a single charge. Thats BS. Battery starts to die after only 4 miles or so if you actually use the power. And you have to use high power because any other power mode is slower than having no power at all. Then they say "warranty on all parts". They did answer my emails at first. Then when i told them i needed a new rear shock due to the first one being extremely loud and squeaky. And they said they were sending it. 2 months later never got it. Then they stopped answering my emails at all. I have been sending them emails now for almost 6 months and no answer. Its like theyre trying to wait until the warranty is void. Theyre a big scam company apparently. No customer service at all. Just know youre on youre own and will have to figure everything out on your own. Because they dont even answer emails. Let alone honor their supposed "warranty". Easy to offer a warranty if you dont answer emails and have no phone number... I held out writing a bad review because i was hoping they were going to get back to me. I tried contacting them through amazon, through their own emails, and even in facebook groups ran by happyrun. Just another poor quality bike, crappy company, horrible customer service [or none at all], and false advertising. Almost everything they say about the bike is false. Doesnt go as far or as fast as they say. Also the warranty apparently doesnt mean anything because they dont reply when you actually have a problem. They will respond until you actually have an issue and need a part. They told me they were sending it. Then never did. 6 months later. And they stopped answering my emails as well. SCAM!!!!!

This bike was a birthday present for my 15-year-old son. It was very easy to assemble, has great battery life, and is super fun to ride! From my son's first ride, we were sold! The bike's versatility, from regular riding to e-bike, makes it a great choice for riders of various ages. We compared other bikes when selecting this one and it is worth its value for the money.

Great e bike but the range is not so good

The media could not be loaded. I love this bike! Came within a week from ordering the bike was packaged very very well and assembly was easy. I had an issue with one of my tires but customer service contacted me back almost immediately offering help. I highly recommend this ebike it's a real head-turner I get asked about it everytime I ride. It's very easy to pedal without the motor being on and the battery last very long, I rode all over town and back home and only used half of the battery charge. The photos make it look small, almost like a minibike but I'm 5' 10" and 210lbs and this bike is a comfortable ride it's about the size of a 125cc dirtbike. Again, I love this bike and their customer service is top notch I highly highly recommend it!100 mile review: After putting 100 miles on my G50 my initial review remains valid as I still love this bike! Mainly use it for commuting to and from work and it gets me there in a zip. Everything is holding up well on the bike, it's very sturdy and comfortable to ride. The battery life is very good I've gone around 10 miles or so without using 1 bar of battery life. I look forward to the next 100 miles!
