Esta bicicleta es de lo mejor y su precio de verdad los vale compre una para mi hijo mayor de 22 años y esta super contento pues la puede utilizar para llevarlo al trabajo y regresar me gusto tanto que decidi comprar una para mi pero mi hijo menor pues le encanto tambien y se a dueño esta seria la segunda que compro y ahora voy a comprar una para mi y otra para mi amada esposa buen producto muy resistente, rapida y puedes ajustar la velocidad de verdad mi review de 10 le doy un 100 gracias happyrun por brindar un buen producto de calidad y buen precio.

False advertising. Horrible customer service. DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES. They say this bike has more power than it does. They say it goes 30+mph and it barely goes over 20mph. They say it goes 50-75 miles on a single charge. Thats BS. Battery starts to die after only 4 miles or so if you actually use the power. And you have to use high power because any other power mode is slower than having no power at all. Then they say "warranty on all parts". They did answer my emails at first. Then when i told them i needed a new rear shock due to the first one being extremely loud and squeaky. And they said they were sending it. 2 months later never got it. Then they stopped answering my emails at all. I have been sending them emails now for almost 6 months and no answer. Its like theyre trying to wait until the warranty is void. Theyre a big scam company apparently. No customer service at all. Just know youre on youre own and will have to figure everything out on your own. Because they dont even answer emails. Let alone honor their supposed "warranty". Easy to offer a warranty if you dont answer emails and have no phone number... I held out writing a bad review because i was hoping they were going to get back to me. I tried contacting them through amazon, through their own emails, and even in facebook groups ran by happyrun. Just another poor quality bike, crappy company, horrible customer service [or none at all], and false advertising. Almost everything they say about the bike is false. Doesnt go as far or as fast as they say. Also the warranty apparently doesnt mean anything because they dont reply when you actually have a problem. They will respond until you actually have an issue and need a part. They told me they were sending it. Then never did. 6 months later. And they stopped answering my emails as well. SCAM!!!!!

I bought a HappyRun e-bike and honestly, it’s been great. The ride is smooth, the build feels solid, and it’s got plenty of power for what I need.But what really impressed me was the customer service. I ran into a small issue and reached out—they got back to me super fast and sent me every part I needed, no hassle at all. They were helpful the whole way through, which made the whole experience way better. You don’t always get that kind of support these days.Definitely recommend this bike—and the company behind it.

I bought this bike for my son, he absolutely loves it rides it everywhere and everyday! Best purchase i have ever made! Will definitely recommend and for the customer service they are amazing, to every question to every response very fast and respectful! Great value, speed is great, and the bike is awesome, and looks great, functionality is super gets him to and from work and all around we're we live!

Great e bike but the range is not so good

This bike was a birthday present for my 15-year-old son. It was very easy to assemble, has great battery life, and is super fun to ride! From my son's first ride, we were sold! The bike's versatility, from regular riding to e-bike, makes it a great choice for riders of various ages. We compared other bikes when selecting this one and it is worth its value for the money.

I bought couple of these on sale for myself and my wife. They came in perfectly packaged just to be assembled into a mess. One had broken battery, it would drop from 100% to yellow in less than 5 min (circle around block), the other had a broken power supply unit (won’t turn on or charge). Both are horribly made: the frame is too unstable and wobbles under you at 7 mph, the brakes are made of cheap materials and unable to stop the bike even when squeezing front AND back brakes, the front light is not bright enough for surrounding area.Now, I’ve been trying to return these since the next day we got it (almost 2 months now), but seller refuses to provide refund. First they said we will send replacement parts to fix it yourself (excuse me, what?!), then they said to ship it to them on my dime and they will fix it and send back. I requested refund and nothing else and they are sending automated messages telling me I haven’t provided enough reasons to be displeased with these.Contacted A to Z guarantee for them to resolve the issue, provided all screenshots and emails, now they are saying to ship it directly to seller and request refund but seller CLEARLY stated they won’t be refunding those.Not sure how my case will end but please be aware.
