Purchased for my father who is 82 years old and has dodgy knees and occasionally uses a walking stick. After using this in particular with the various heat settings he states that he certainly noticed a difference with his knees, has knee has improved and is less reliant on the walking stick for support. Have also purchased for other elderly family members - they are not running but certainly seen improvements or at least gained relief.

Bought this for my busband who has knee problems. The heat and massage seems to be doing the trick as he's not complaining so much about knee pain now.

It's OK, but the massage isn't really vigorous enough to help my knee pain. My problem is that the battery charging light never gets beyond one arrow, no matter how long I charge it

This product is brilliant I love it!! you can use it on your knees plus if your shoulders hurt you can use it there two comes with an extra strap so it’s easy to use on your shoulders love it

I tried this item for a couple of days and then I decided to return it. It offers very littlerelief but the massage and heat functions are very bland and the battery doesn't last for very long either.

Arrived on time . The heat Is concentrated in one small area and the massager on vibrates not massagesSometimes feels like it's burning my skin even on a low setting
