I’ve had this installed for about six months and so far I’m very happy. Unlike those units with the flaps… This doesn’t seem like it’s going to tear or break immediately. Plus, the double wall design is definitely very nice for insulation.

This door was easy to install if you are handy and have the proper tools. We used screws instead of the rivets provided. Works very well, but sometimes the flaps don't spring closed like they should. When they do close (which is most of the time) they form a good seal. Our cats won't use it, it's too stiff for them to push open. They can, but they won't. Maybe a more determined cat would use it. 4 stars because of the faulty springs that don't always close.

I bought this so my Labrador could fit a little more comfortably than my old dog door and she does! The only down side is it took both my dogs awhile to wait to use it

I did a lot of research before purchasing this door and am very happy with my decision on this one. Hoping to alleviate the dogs dirtying up the french door as you can see in the photo.I gave it four stars only because of the installation process and included hardware. The rivets included are way too long. I used 1/8 short rivets which made for a nice installation. No problem for a seasoned handy man like myself but might be a little difficult for someone who does not have the proper tools or experience.Pros:Very sturdy and well built.Aluminum frame is high quality with a nice finish.Doors are in essence double pane which will help with insulation from outside temps.Door springs and magnets are strong and provide for a good solid closure.Entire unit is very aesthetically pleasing.Cons:Not the easiest to install.Included installation hardware not the best.Insulation strip on one side of the door was short and did not cover all the way.

Doors fall off the hinges.I would not recommend these doors to anyone. I would not even give it a one star, but it wouldn’t let me complete the process without writing it!

Can’t buy parts so I must purchase whole unit again in less than a year, not happy!

One of my doors arrived with an issue. The seller was quick to resolve the matter with replacement within days. I highly recommend both the product and the seller.

Less then 6 months and the door spring broke, the locks get hit by the dogs sometimes also, on occasion doors don’t close 100% update the seller got into contact with me and has shipped another set of doors. So product works as it should and have helpful customer service if needed
